Hello @everyone.
First of all, we would like to apologize for the transaction delays that have been affecting nearly everyone in our player base these past few days.
Our team has verified that most of these transaction delays are due to issues with the nodes we are using, and with our every-growing numbers, we recognize how critical it is for these issues to be resolved first and foremost.
We will therefore deploy a two-step solution to address this issue:
🔹Add more nodes to handle transactions; and
🔹Implement a dynamic node system where transactions will automatically be assigned to other nodes during periods of high traffic.
This two-step solution will require cooperation with third party providers, and the balance/stress tests may span several days.
However, if everything goes well, we expect to see an improvement in STEPN transaction speeds as soon as the next 24 hours.
We will update everyone as soon as this node optimization is fully complete.
We appreciate everyone's continued patience, and we ask that you bear with us a little longer as we work towards improving our processes for long term reliability and growth.
