In preparation for the Ape realm, the STEPN app will undergo maintenance starting Friday, July 15, 2022 5:00 AM UTC, with an estimated MINIMUM time of FOUR (4) hours. Time shown is your LOCAL time.
🔸 We recommend using up all your energy before the maintenance, in case maintenance gets extended.
🔸Secure your account by documenting the following details prior to the update:
---- The email address you're using with your STEPN account (it's easy to forget this when you've been logged into your account for months without being logged out)
---- Your STEPN account password (if you have forgotten it or it keeps saying it's incorrect, you can choose to "change password" using your verification code)
---- Your seed phrase. See attached pic for a guide on how to do it.
---- Your 2FA code
---- Wallet passcode
---- Screenshots of your inventory
⚠️ Note that this is NOT YET the Ape realm launch. As promised, we will give everyone a heads up 48 hours in advance before Ape realm launches.
