ANNOUNCEMENT: Hello everyone . We would like to share the team's current plan to assist STEPN customers with urgent concerns. 🔹 We are aware of the long turnaround time for concerns raised via the in-app feedback button. We will revamp customer assistance in such a way that customers with simple queries can get the information they need via knowledgebase/wiki, while at the same time keeping the ticket submission form open for customers with important concerns. This new process is currently being worked on and will be rolled out within a month or so. 🔹As an interim solution while we streamline the feedback process, we will provide separate forms for customers with critical issues. This includes the following cases: 🔸 MISSING ASSET CASES. The engineers have begun addressing the most critical missing asset cases, which has led to the greatly diminished number of complaints in our Discord channels. However, we are not yet done with all the cases. The SWAT Team Google form has now been shut down so we can focus on the cases submitted in that form, and ANY OTHER missing asset cases will need to go to our Discord channel's Missing Assets channel (You will need to sign up for a Discord account if you haven't done so yet): ----- 🔸 24 - 48 HOURS. If you have just performed a transfer/purchase that is LESS THAN 24-48 hours ago, please allow your transfer/purchase 24-48 hours to self-solve before submitting a ticket. ----- 🔸 2 DAYS - 6 DAYS. It is possible that your assets were stuck during transaction/transfer/purchase. Please submit your case using the FIRST FORM in that channel. ----- 🔸 7 DAYS OR MORE. It is possible that your assets were stuck during transaction/transfer/purchase. Please submit your case using the SECOND FORM in that channel. 🔸 2FA / GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR ISSUES. Note that whether we can assist you or not depends on how well you can prove that you own the account in question. Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee that you will regain access to your account. If you have locked yourself out of your account, or are unable to import/create a new wallet due to the 2FA requirement for STEPN, please fill out the form here. 🔸 WRONG EMAIL CHANGE ISSUES. Note that whether we can assist you or not depends on how well you can prove that you own the account in question. Filling out this form DOES NOT guarantee that you will regain access to your account.
