안녕하세요. 젬허브팀입니다. 금일 발생한 젬허브 토큰의 가격 급락 이슈에 대한 파트너사와의 확인 및 조치, 팀의 대응을 정리하여 공유 드립니다. 금일 새벽 젬허브의 파트너사인 갤럭시아(GXA)프로젝트의 운영 대행사인 갤럭시아메타버스가 보유한 지갑 중 일부에서 GHUB 토큰이 무단 출금되어 탈중앙화 거래소를 통해 유통되어 GHUB의 가격이 급락하였습니다. 갤럭시아메타버스가 보유했던 지갑 내 GHUB 물량은 파트너십 체결을 통해 전달된 물량으로 별도의 리저브된 물량이 아닌 분기별로 안내드리고 있는 유통량에 포함된 물량입니다. 젬허브팀은 사건의 발생을 인지함과 동시에 파트너사인 갤럭시아메타버스와 함께 해당 주소로부터 교환 등으로 유통되는 모든 지갑을 모니터링 진행을 하고 있으며 거래소를 대상으로 관련된 지갑주소를 모두 공유하고 입출금 정지 요청을 진행하였습니다. 또한 외부로 유통된 토큰에 대한 자산을 동결/회수하기 위해서 파트너사와 함께 노력하고 있습니다. 젬허브팀에서는 젬허브 생태계에 미칠 영향을 최소화하기 위해 초기 이슈 발생 후부터 여러 조치를 취하는 한편 팀 자체에서 가격 안정화를 위해 긴급 바이백을 진행하였으며 내역을 공개해 드린 바 있습니다. 이후에도 순차적으로 가격 안정화를 위한 바이백을 진행할 예정입니다. 앞으로도 젬허브팀은 젬허브 생태계의 안정화를 위해 최선의 노력을 다할 것입니다. 감사합니다.

Hello. This is the GemHUB team. We'd like to share with you a summary of our team's response to today's GHUB token price plunge issue, including confirmations and actions taken with our partners. Earlier today, GHUB tokens were unauthorizedly withdrawn from some of the wallets held by GemHub's partner Galaxy Metaverse, the operating agency of the Galaxy (GXA) project, and distributed through decentralized exchanges, causing the price of GHUB to plummet. The amount of GHUB in the wallets held by Galaxia Metaverse was delivered through a partnership agreement and is not a separate reserve, but is included in the quarterly distribution. As soon as the GemHUB team became aware of the incident, we have been monitoring all wallets circulating on exchanges with our partner, Galaxia Metaverse, and have shared the addresses of all wallets involved with the exchanges and requested to suspend deposits and withdrawals. We are also working with our partners to freeze/recover the assets of the externally distributed tokens. In order to minimize the impact on the GemHub ecosystem, the GemHUB team has taken a number of measures since the initial issue occurred, and the team itself has conducted emergency buybacks to stabilize the price, which we have disclosed. We will continue to provide buybacks to stabilize the price sequentially. The GemHUB team will continue to do our best to stabilize the GemHUB ecosystem. Thank you for your support.
